Sync Audiences as Labels

Overview

In this destination service, DinMo will manage Labels and Consent Status for your Voyado contacts.

Use this service if you want to sync DinMo segments and audiences memebership with Voyado (e.g., "VIP Group", "Churn Risk") or manage Email/SMS subscriptions.

To do so, you will need to go through these three steps:

1. Creating a Voyado destination. Refer to the corresponding section for more info.

2. Creating a user segment or audience composed of the users you want to label.

3. Activating the segment to the Voyado Engage destination.

Supported List Types

You can map your DinMo segment to two types of "Lists" in Voyado:

1. Labels (Recommended): These function as static lists. You can create them in Voyado (e.g., "High_Churn_Risk") and DinMo will add/remove users from them.

2. Consents: You can map a segment to acceptsEmail or acceptsSms to manage subscriptions.
