Managing Users & Roles

This guide explains how to manage users and roles in a DinMo workspace. It covers inviting members, managing roles, and handling pending invitations.

Accessing User Management

  • Admin Requirement: Only admins have the ability to invite users, revoke their access, and manage roles.

  • Navigate to Settings and open the Members tab to access user management.

Roles in DinMo

Roles determine what actions a user can perform within a workspace. The available roles are:

  • Admin:

    • An admin has full access on the workspace and can do anything.

  • Member:

    • A member can create segments, entities, activations, destinations, but cannot access the workspace settings. He is not allowed to invite new users and manage existing users, nor is he allowed to create or edit a source.
